Responsibilities

• Create innovative landscape designs that adhere to client specifications and project guidelines.
• Evaluate site conditions to inform design decisions for landscaping.
• Draft comprehensive design documentation including planting plans and construction details.
• Engage with clients to define project scope and goals, ensuring alignment throughout the process.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to produce holistic design outcomes.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality and adherence to the design intent.
• Identify ecological factors to promote sustainable outcomes in all designs.
• Provide expert recommendations on plant species and materials best suited for the projects.
• Conduct regular inspections during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Educate clients on landscape care and upkeep for longevity of design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Photoshop
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication
• Project Management

Certifications

• Registered Landscape Architect (RLA)
• LEED Green Associate is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
