Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies within the operational process.
• Create detailed documentation of operational metrics.

• Assist in training staff on new processes and tools.
• Lead process improvement teams where necessary.
• Support the development of engineering design specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering
