UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX/UI Designer where you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for our diverse clientele. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure our products not only look great but are also easy to use.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives to gather insights on user behavior.
• Design visually appealing interfaces that align with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design integrity.
• Enhance user engagement by refining and improving interface designs.
• Conduct A/B testing on design variations to optimize effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of a robust design library.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for approval.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio to showcase work
