Responsibilities

• Assist with backup procedures and data recovery efforts.
• Participate in the development of IT procedures and policies.
• Support field and remote users by providing reliable IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues proactively.
• Maintain a high level of customer service through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Additional relevant certifications (e.g., MTA, CCNA) are preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
