We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Logistics Development Officer to join our Cape Town team. This role involves strategizing and implementing logistics solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and supply chain processes to ensure seamless operation.
• Implement technology solutions to optimize logistics performance.
• Monitor and report on logistics costs and key performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics team.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Master's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.

Certifications

• Certified Logistics Professional (CLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
