Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the execution of experiments to test new chemical processes.
• Work with manufacturing teams to implement process changes.
• Analyze performance data to track process improvements and report findings.
• Assist in the development of technical specifications for new equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Support training of staff on new processes and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering roles
