This role involves providing hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and incidents efficiently.
• Troubleshoot networking issues and ensure connectivity.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users.
• Document and manage support tickets in the tracking system.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system checks for updates and vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
