Join our Durban team as a Data Analyst where you will be responsible for analyzing data trends, working closely with stakeholders to interpret data, and presenting findings. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools such as SQL and Tableau are crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize data analysis processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and reporting requirements.
• Participate in strategy meetings to help define data-related goals.
• Research emerging trends in data analytics and recommend best practices.
• Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking business performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to validate findings and suggestions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications in data analysis are a plus

• At least 3 years in a data-driven role
