Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate more complex problems.
• Set up new workstation and peripheral equipment.
• Ensure the security of the network systems and user data.
• Document support processes and solutions for future reference.
• Assist in updating IT policies and procedures.
• Provide support for software installations and updates.
• Manage accounts for all users in various systems.
• Conduct routine checks on hardware to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain effective communication with users regarding status of requests.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
