Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to deliver outstanding service to our clients in Cape Town. You will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated tests to streamline the testing process.
  • Engage in continuous testing and feedback loops to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure software stability under load.
  • Review project specifications and collaborate with teams to ensure a comprehensive testing approach.
  • Facilitate training sessions for the team on quality assurance best practices.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights from the QA perspective.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
