Job Description

We are looking for an Environmental Engineer to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in conducting environmental assessments, developing sustainable solutions, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to promote environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems and policies.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and public consultations.
• Provide guidance on waste management, pollution reduction, and resource conservation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years in environmental management or sustainability practices
