Job Description

We are in search of a Mobile App Developer to join our vibrant team in Durban. The successful candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that are pivotal for our users. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver highly responsive, innovative applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
• Debug and resolve application issues as they arise.
• Manage app deployments to app stores and monitor app performance.
• Create prototypes and mockups of new app capabilities.
• Ensure applications comply with data protection and security guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development

Technical Skills

• JavaScript
• HTML5/CSS3

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO): Skills in optimizing mobile applications for better visibility and downloads.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools: Knowledge of CI/CD practices to streamline the development lifecycle.
