UX Designer

Job Description

In the role of UX Designer at Innovative Design Co., you will have the opportunity to create user-friendly interfaces by applying your knowledge in UX best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and conduct usability testing, ensuring that our designs not only look great but also work exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

• Identify user pain points through research and propose design solutions.
• Document design processes and maintain design specifications.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Integrate accessibility best practices into all design deliverables.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
• Foster a user-centered design culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field
• Formal training in UX/UI design is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in user experience design

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Interaction Design

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile-first design: Understanding of mobile-first design principles and best practices.
