DevOps Engineer

An exciting opportunity is available for a DevOps Engineer in Johannesburg! You'll work with leading-edge technologies to build robust deployment pipelines and enhance system reliability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for application deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Perform system upgrades and patches with minimal downtime.
• Carry out troubleshooting and root cause analysis on incidents.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Document system configuration and setup processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for systems support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Information Technology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in DevOps

Certifications
