Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with established protocols.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
• Evaluate and document patient care outcomes.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing team.
• Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for patient care.
• Be available for emergency care situations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Nursing Diploma or equivalent is acceptable

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical role

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

• Fluency in Multiple Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
