Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Tech Agency in Durban, you will be at the forefront of creating beautiful and functional interfaces. Your role will involve understanding user requirements and applying design thinking principles to develop user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging user experiences.
• Develop user personas and customer journey maps.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Optimize user flows for mobile and desktop applications.
• Evaluate new design technologies and tools to enhance workflow.
• Participate in design critiques to give and receive constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Responsive Design

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Hands-on experience in designing mobile applications.
