Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your technical skills will help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while providing excellent support to end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions within corporate systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects aimed at improving efficiency.
  • Conduct hardware repairs or facilitate the procurement of replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Engage with vendors to coordinate support and procurement.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing IT initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are an asset

  • 2+ years of experience in IT technical support
