• Build and manage a project team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Conduct project meetings and action items follow-ups.
• Ensure project goals align with company objectives.
• Provide coaching and training to project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
