Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy office in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting with documentation, and providing excellent clerical support to our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting our staff in various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate and manage office projects effectively.
  • Develop efficient administrative systems to improve office productivity.
  • Assist in the development of office policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Track, handle, and resolve issues or inquiries with discretion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns as required.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Certificate in Administration or a related field is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
