Responsibilities

• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance with legislation.
• Research tax issues and propose strategies for resolution.
• Support clients during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Develop tax compliance checklists and guidelines for clients.
• Educate clients on tax-related changes impacting their business.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve departmental processes.
• Identify potential tax saving opportunities for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Professional qualifications (e.g. CTA) are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a taxation role
