Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our energetic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective online advertising strategies.
• Track and report on website traffic, leads, and sales.
• Develop content for blog posts, articles, and social media.
• Enhance user experience through optimized web design.
• Conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
• Work with external vendors and agencies as necessary.
• Utilize analytics tools to gauge campaign success and ROI.
• Support the overall marketing strategy with creative input.
• Train and mentor junior marketing staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
