Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
• Work with team members to drive data-driven decision-making through insights.
• Participate in predictive modeling projects and contribute to the development of new analytical tools.
• Monitor key business metrics and report variances.
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting metrics.
• Implement data analysis techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related field
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role
