Responsibilities

• Oversee project design and development phases from initial concept through to completion.
• Analyze project outcomes and present findings to company management.
• Facilitate negotiations with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for approval.
• Evaluate project success based on agreed KPIs and metrics.
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Actively lead project meetings and draft minutes and action items for follow-up.
• Track project milestones and deliverables against the project timeline.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and support future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in a relevant sector
