Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner.
• Configure and deploy computer systems and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in IT projects and system upgrades.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Implement and monitor backup solutions.
• Support remote users and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on escalated issues.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support roles

Technical Skills

• Mac OS and Linux systems
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
