Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be at the forefront of medical advancements, coordinating clinical trials from conception through execution. Your duties will include monitoring trial protocols, liaising with investigators, and ensuring that all clinical operations comply with established guidelines to uphold patient safety and data validity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation of clinical study sites and preparation of site initiation visits.
• Establish study timelines and manage timelines for study milestones.
• Provide ongoing support to investigators and site staff.
• Conduct regular site monitoring visits to assess protocol compliance.
• Oversee the collection of biological samples and data inputs.
• Ensure ethical conduct of clinical trials through compliance with ICH/GCP.
• Assist in the generation of training materials for clinical trials.
• Liaise with laboratory personnel to confirm sample processing schedules.
• Assist in site selection and feasibility assessments.
• Help maintain the trial master file and essential documents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medical Technology
• Advanced certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical research experience preferred
