Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who is passionate about patient care. In this role, you will manage prescriptions, engage with patients, and support the overall health objectives of our community.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and provide consultations to ensure effective patient care.
  • Evaluate patient health records to identify and resolve any medication-related issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve pharmacy services and operations.
  • Participate in training and mentoring pharmacy staff and interns.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
  • Stay updated on new pharmaceuticals and healthcare trends.
  • Provide emergency care and first aid when required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.

  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
