Job Description

As an Event Planner at Celebrations Unlimited, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing memorable events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, balancing creativity with logistical precision. This role involves managing everything from venue selection to catering and entertainment, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead event planning meetings with clients to define event goals and objectives.
• Draft event proposals and contracts for client approval.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during events.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior event staff.
• Track event expenditures and provide financial reports post-event.
• Generate creative ideas to enhance guest experiences and engagement.
• Manage social media and promotional strategies for upcoming events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in event management

Certifications

• Event Planning Association (EPA) Membership
