Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile App Support Engineer to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in mobile application support, troubleshooting, and providing seamless solution delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user-reported mobile application issues and troubleshoot efficiently.
  • Work closely with the development team to communicate feedback and bugs.
  • Prepare reports on common user issues and suggest necessary changes.
  • Develop FAQs and help materials for users.
  • Ensure timely updates to the support documentation and user manuals.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related discipline
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for mobile applications

Languages
