IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our clients in Bloemfontein. You will work in a fast-paced environment providing first-class support to ensure maximum uptime and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions.
• Maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures.
• Assist in software licensing compliance.
• Perform system updates and patches as necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and equipment maintenance.
• Generate reports for IT management.
• Participate in projects for system upgrades and implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in CompTIA A+ or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support
