We are on the hunt for an IT Support Technician. You'll play a crucial role in our IT Support and Administration team, providing hands-on support and resolving technical challenges. A strong background in IT support, along with excellent communication skills, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze system performance issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting for network issues and outages.
• Help maintain the IT Helpdesk system and ensure users are updated.
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees with IT setup.
• Implement improvements based on user feedback.
• Stay current with IT trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
