Job Description

Join us as a Cloud Security Specialist, focusing on risk management and compliance in our cloud environment. You will be tasked with assessing security posture, implementing security controls, and educating teams about best practices in cloud security. A strong background in cloud services and security regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance cloud security frameworks.
• Perform threat modeling and security architecture reviews.
• Implement and manage encryption protocols in the cloud.
• Assess third-party cloud vendors for security risk.
• Monitor and analyse cloud security metrics.
• Engage in regular pen-testing of cloud applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local data protection laws.
• Drive security awareness campaigns across the organization.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure tight integration of security.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud or information security
