Responsibilities

• Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product designs.
• Conduct time studies to establish production standards.
• Prepare documentation for ISO compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor production metrics and report on performance.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering roles
