Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through to execution.

• Collaborate on marketing materials and brand initiatives as needed.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision
• Data Visualization

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accessibility best practices: Understanding of WCAG guidelines and standards.
• Familiarity with coding languages: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a strong advantage.
