We are seeking a dedicated Field Researcher to join our dynamic team in East London. You will be responsible for conducting various field studies, gathering data, and interacting with participants to ensure accurate results. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for research.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute field surveys and focus groups effectively to gather reliable data.
  • Work closely with team members to refine research methodologies.
  • Document findings accurately while maintaining confidentiality of participants.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on collected data.
  • Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing research projects.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and next steps.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • Data Analysis Proficient in using statistical software for data analysis.
  • Survey Design Experienced in creating effective surveys for data collection.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Certified Data Analyst
  • Field Research Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Fluency in additional languages: Ability to conduct interviews in other local languages is a plus.
  • Experience with GIS tools: Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems for spatial analysis.
