The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring that the flow of goods and materials meets customer demands while maintaining cost-efficiency. Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to increase overall performance.

• Plan and oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to reduce costs.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
• Conduct regular audits of supply chain practices to ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop training programs for supply chain employees to improve skill sets.
• Engage in risk management practices to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
• Analyze market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to align inventory with demand.
• Maintain documentation related to supply chain activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding supply chain issues and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management or logistics
