Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing schedules, managing communications, and providing support to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling and calendar management.
  • Provide communication support by managing emails and calls.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of documentation.
  • Conduct market research and gather information.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Help with digital marketing efforts and content creation.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote environment.

Advantageous
