We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will have a strong background in threat assessment, incident response, and security compliance, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security incident investigations and response actions.
• Design and implement security architecture and controls.
• Develop strategies for improving security measures.
• Coordinate security drills to assess incident response.
• Stay updated with industry trends and standards.
• Assess third-party vendor security practices.
• Contribute to ongoing business continuity planning.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years working in cybersecurity roles

• Penetration Testing
