Responsibilities

  • Ensure that patient data is confidentially managed and securely stored.
  • Review patient complaints and take necessary actions for resolution.
  • Create and maintain training materials for healthcare staff.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for healthcare services.
  • Prepare reports on patient care activities for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare management preferred

  • 2+ years in a healthcare management role
