Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish technical documentation including user manuals and online help guides.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to gather information and clarify technical content.
• Develop and maintain a library of technical documentation that is easily accessible to all team members.
• Create visually engaging materials such as diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots to enhance understanding of technical information.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure that documentation meets user needs and is easy to understand.
• Update existing documentation to reflect new product features and user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
