Job Description

As the IT Help Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our technical support team and ensuring that all IT issues are resolved efficiently. Your expertise will help improve our service delivery and contribute to a seamless IT experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the help desk team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage support tickets to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees and provide necessary IT training.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges and achievements.
  • Implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex IT issues.
  • Coordinate with external support teams for specialized technical assistance.
  • Create user documentation and guides for software and hardware use.
  • Develop knowledge base articles for common IT issues.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCTS) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in an IT support role with previous coordination experience
