We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our Midrand team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in advising clients on investment opportunities and financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage project timelines.
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and risks.
• Provide insights on financial market dynamics to clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams during transactions.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and associates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• M&A Transactions

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• CFA Level II (or higher)
• Investment Banking Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
