Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and provide timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining the organization's IT systems, ensuring they remain secure and up to date.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within IT support.
• Work with the IT Manager on various technology projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• At least 3 years in a technical support role

• Linux OS

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
