We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that inform strategic decisions. Candidates should have a strong foundation in financial principles and a passion for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reporting tools.
• Prepare presentations on financial findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate on investment appraisal and expenditure analysis.
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in strategic planning and investment decision-making.
• Guide and mentor junior financial analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CIMA) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in financial analysis or accounting

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Reporting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• CA(SA) or CIMA certification
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
