We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with other team members to create high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Design software to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Contribute to architecture decisions to enhance performance and scalability.
• Provide input on technology selection and direction for the team.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience

Certifications

• Google Certification in Software Development

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in DevOps roles: Experience working with DevOps tools and practices for streamlining operations.
