Looking for a skilled Chemical Engineer to contribute to our engineering projects in Port Elizabeth. You will utilize your expertise to assess chemical processes and provide solutions that improve efficiency and safety. Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conception through to production.
• Investigate and analyze process improvements.
• Work alongside manufacturing personnel to enhance workplace safety.
• Develop technical specifications for equipment and machinery.
• Evaluate the performance of chemical processes and products.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in their projects.
• Document and maintain records of engineering processes and improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials.
• Participate in safety audits and engineering reviews.
• Present project updates to management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering roles
