Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, your main responsibilities will include inputting data, verifying accuracies, and maintaining records. We are looking for individuals who are efficient and can work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage data entries in various systems.
  • Review data entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in maintaining database integrity.
  • Communicate with other departments for data updates.
  • Produce periodic reports on data entries and discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss data strategies.
  • Provide support to the administrative team as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Data Entry or Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Advanced Typing Skills: Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
