Job Description

As an IT Help Desk Support professional, you will be the first line of technical support for our users. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring efficient resolution of IT problems. We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries related to IT services, providing technical assistance and guidance.
  • Perform configuration and installation of computer systems and applications.
  • Monitor and report on the status of IT equipment and network performance.
  • Implement solutions to enhance user experience and reduce downtime.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Assist in the development of user guides and documentation.
  • Participate in projects to enhance IT service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
