Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online retail strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience to drive sales in our rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

• Construct and lead innovative e-commerce strategies while driving traffic growth.
• Implement A/B testing to improve customer journey and enhance site navigation.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce systems.
• Develop SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Create promotional campaigns to boost sales during peak seasons.
• Work closely with customer service to address online shopper inquiries and issues.
• Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online retail management or digital strategy
