Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial forecasts and projections.

• Build and maintain financial models for various transactions.
• Support M&A transactions from inception through execution.
• Conduct valuations of companies and assets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations.
• Help devise strategic plans for clients' investment portfolios.
• Evaluate market conditions and investment risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
