Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst in Cape Town, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales productivity by analysing data trends and streamlining operational processes. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure goals are met efficiently while providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports to track performance against quotas and targets.
  • Implement best practices for sales operations and processes.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Manage key sales projects from inception through to completion.
  • Assist in the documentation of sales processes for training purposes.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and drive sales strategies.
  • Negotiate with vendors for sales tools and resources.
  • Provide insights to enhance the customer journey and improve satisfaction.
  • Support the analysis of sales compensation plans for fairness and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
